Steak Sandwich













Late night home and just me eating, so I whipped up a quickie steak sandwich. Made a quick mayo whilst waiting for the steak to cook. All in all very tasty.

• Fillet steak
• Turkish pide
• "Cheese" slice
• Green leaves
• Kumato tomato
• Tomato sauce

Seeded mustard mayo

• Egg yolk
• Canola oil
• Salt
• White wine vinegar
• Seeded mustard
