One of my boys' favourite meals. I have no idea how true to the "real thing" it is, but what the heck. It's yummy.


Spice Rub

• Ground cumin
• Sweet paprika
• Chili flakes
• Dried oregano
• Olive oil
• Lime juice

Chicken Filling

• Chicken fillet strips.
• Capsicum, red and green
• Onion.

Guacamole

• Avocado
• Lime juice
• Salt
• Red chili

Salsa

• Canned whole tomatoes
• Onion
• Serrano chile
• Salt
• Sugar

Other bits

• Flour tortilla
• Shredded tasty cheese
• Sour cream
• Diced tomato

Time to cook: 45 minutes.
