Another lateish night home but this time I didn't woose (sp?) it and actually cooked a fairly nice risotto.
Risotto

• Arborio Rice
• Chicken stock
• Corn
• Shiitake mushrooms
• Tarragon
  
• Salt
• Pepper

Accompaniments.

• Chicken tenderloins
• Balsamic vinegar
• Fried spring onions
• Sour cream
